Nancy Olmos is a Queer Xicana Bibliotecaria from Southern California. She has been working in libraries for the last 14 years, the last decade at the University of Southern California and for the last couple of years also as a substitute librarian for the Long Beach Public Library system. Nancy has chosen a leadership and management journey in libraries with a love of both Technical and Public Services. Part of her biggest career goals include recruitment and retention of librarians of color into the profession. She currently resides in Long Beach, CA where she shares a home with her pitbull Luna.
