Description

Fr. Thomas Michel SJ is a Woodstock International Fellow at Georgetown University. He received his PhD in Islamic thought from the University of Chicago. Since 1994, he has served as Executive Secretary of the Office for Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs of the Federation of Asian Bishops’ Conference in Bangkok, Thailand. From 1996-2008, he was Director of the Jesuit Secretariat for Ecumenical and Interreligious Dialogue in Rome, Italy.
