Abstract

Last school year, the RUSD Board of Education implemented Restorative Practices in the District and directed staff to roll it out to all of our schools. A few schools have already adopted it, so we wanted to find out exactly what Restorative Practices are and how this new type of proactive conflict resolution prevents discipline problems and works to build a more supportive learning environment.
