Hare of Philadelphia and Alliance Trust Company of Philadelphia, whereby Hare stood bounded unto The Alliance Trust Company, in the sum of Four Thousand Dollars, conditioned to keep and maintain at all times, until the full discharge of the Obligation: a "fire" policy or polices of insurance.
