Abstract
The goal of this project is to improve the process of finding and hiring high-quality maintenance workers for the people of Saudi Arabia. This will be achieved through an interactive application that can be accessed via smart phone. The application named HANDY KSA-will address the lack of organization and transparency in the home services field. HANDY KSA will curate the entire maintenance experience, from searching for workers to settling the bill. The app will allow users to search for nearby maintenance workers, view their qualifications, and read customer reviews before choosing someone to hire. Users will also be able to pay for services through the application, which protects users from financial impropriety. HANDY KSA will benefit Saudi residents, as well as Saudi workers. It will provide residents easy access to the highest quality workers in their area. Saudi workers who post their services on the app will benefit from increased visibility, likely leading to increased customer volume.
