Abstract
This paper explores the issues that influence the implementation a safe and efficient online purchasing service in Saudi Arabia. Comprehensive research was done to determine the purchasing habits of Saudis from online retailers and explores the current e-commerce climate in Saudi Arabia. Key concerns are discussed as well as current challenges faced by consumers and online retailers. This paper seeks to analyze the need for and the benefits that may be derived from implementing a safe and secure efficient online purchasing service. It also discusses how it can impact the business owners, the consumers and the overall economy in general.
