Description
The proposed study seeks to uncover the hindrances late bilinguals face when using their second language. Specifically, the questions asked are how bilinguals perceive their second language, how comfortable they are speaking it with a native and when they decide to use their second language over their first. To answer these questions, interviews, group conversation and personal reflections will be conducted to learn more about the speakers’ relationships with their languages.
