Abstract
Logline: The Rodriguez Family’s annual photo day gets complicated when a wasp shows up, prompting them to process their relationship with their mom.
Synopsis: Fabian, Beatrice, Juan, and Junior all sit on the couch to take their annual family photo, about a year after their mom has left them. A wasp enters the house, scaring them. Fabian, the youngest child, wonders if the wasp is their mother coming back to them. Junior lashes out, chastising Fabian for his immaturity. The family have conversations about their relationship to their mother, finally expressing how they feel. They eventually assemble to take their photo once again. Just as the camera flashes, the Wasp flies in, and enters the photo.
