Christopher Marcum is the Head of Access and Outreach Services and Assistant Professor at the University of San Diego's Copley Library. Christopher has worked in Access Services for more than eight years and since October of 2017, he has been responsible for the daily supervision and management of Access Services staff and resources, as well as library outreach to the university community. He holds an M.L.I.S. from the University of Arizona and a M.A. in History from San Diego State University.

Marie R. Kennedy is a librarian at Loyola Marymount University, where she coordinates serials and electronic resources. She has written and presented widely on the development and use of electronic resource management systems. In her spare time she makes photographs and creates taste experiments in her kitchen. She also writes the Organization Monkey blog about organization and librarianship. She is the codirector of the Institute for Research Design in Librarianship.

Anne Marie Gruber, University of Northern Iowa

Anne Marie Gruber is Associate Professor of Library Services and Liaison & Textbook Equity Librarian at University of Northern Iowa's Rod Library. She serves all UNI science departments as well as Social Work, Tallgrass Prairie Center, Center for Energy & Environmental Education, and Office of Community Engagement. Additionally she is responsible for advancing textbook equity and Open Educational Resources (OER) campuswide at UNI. She has a B.A. in Communicative Disorders from UNI and a Master of Library & Information Science from University of Iowa. Anne Marie's primary research areas focus on academic library support of service-learning as well as correlations between students' use of library services and their academic success. She is moderator of the Service-Learning Librarian blog (https://sllibrarian.uni.edu/).

Lorna Dawes is an associate professor and social science librarian at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her research interests include the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning and the social information behaviors and experiences of first-year students. Lately she has been also delving into digital humanities research. When away from work you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors and prepping for her drone pilot exam.

Kristine R. Brancolini is Dean of the Library at Loyola Marymount University. She has written and presented on media librarianship, digital library development, and most recently, research productivity among academic librarians. In her spare time, she is attempting to learn Italian and still have time to read fiction. She is the co-director of the Institute for Research Design in Librarianship.
