Description
This is an optional hands-on exercise that will be managed through two (2) break-out rooms. Eight (8) people will be chosen to participate in a practice focus group, while the rest of the audience will observe. The moderators, Ayanna and Cat, will be each focus group’s interviewer. We offer this brief session so you can have the experience of what it is like to participate or observe a focus group in action.
Everyone in the breakout session will receive a take-home handout with tips on leading a focus group and a sample group interview guide.
