Agreement by and between William Kroemer and Carl Elden for the delivery of Sixty barrel of stock seeds sufficient to plant Ten acres of potatoes at the farm of Elden, and Kroemer agreed to purchase from Elden the entire crop of United States Grade No. One potatoes realized from said planting.
