Abstract
TextBooked is a student-to-student textbook exchange iOS application. It aims to simplify and broaden the range of textbook exchanges among students. Before TextBooked, students often attempted to sell their used textbooks on Facebook, which is clunky and inefficient. When a user logs onto TextBooked, they have the option to post a book they want to sell or browse the books posted by other users. If they are interested in purchasing a book, they can request that book from the original poster. The iOS application technology stack includes Swift, Xcode, and Firebase. Xcode was used as the code editor and development environment and Swift was the programming language used. Firebase handled account capabilities and the database.
