The Center on English Language Proficiency is funded by a federal grant and operates as a content center within the Comprehensive Center Network (CCNetwork) through a partnership between the Center for Equity for English Learners at Loyola Marymount University and Education First. The Center engages with national and regional partners to improve educational outcomes for all students by providing research- and asset-based support for English Learners, ensuring that all students achieve English proficiency and thrive.
