In this symposium discussion, the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review invited panelists Margot Kaminski, an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Law School, Jacob Snow, a Technology and Civil Liberties attorney at the ACLU of Northern California, and Felix Wu, a Professor of Law at Cardozo Law School to discuss the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), a statute signed into state law by then-Governor Jerry Brown on June 28, 2018.
